Torey Penrod-Cambra is the Chief Communications Officer of HighByte, focused on the company's messaging strategy, market presence, and ability to operationalize. Her areas of responsibility include marketing, public relations, analyst relations, investor relations, and people operations. Torey applies an analytical, data-driven approach to marketing that reflects her academic achievements in both chemistry and ethics. Torey received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and completed post-graduate studies in Bioethics Ethics and Health Law at the University of Pittsburgh.
Aron Semle
Chief Technology Officer
Aron Semle is the Chief Technology Officer of HighByte, focused on guiding the company’s product strategy through research and development and technical evangelism. Aron has served in a variety of roles in his 15-year career in industrial technology, including software engineer, product manager, R&D lead, and director of solutions management, building innovative software solutions for the manufacturing operations market. Aron received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Maine.

Product Manager
Jeffrey Schroeder is a Product Manager at HighByte, focused on guiding the company’s product strategy. His areas of responsibility include market research, product positioning, product roadmap, and ecosystem integration strategy. Jeffrey is an experienced technologist who brings more than a decade in technology leadership roles in the automotive and discrete manufacturing industries to his role at HighByte, offering deep domain expertise and perspectives on information technology, operations, and management for industrial organizations. Jeffrey received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Oakland University.
